I stayed at Novotel Chennai for a couple of nights and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. It had a nice sitting area and the bed felt super cozy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, making dining pleasant. However, I encountered some issues during my stay. The cleanliness in the bathroom wasn't satisfactory, especially the toilet, which could have been much better. Room service was also slow. it took quite a while to get my order, and I received cold food. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection in the restaurant was poor, making it difficult to order food through the hotel app. Overall, while there were elements that I liked, the service and cleanliness aspects definitely need some attention.

I had a great stay, primarily due to the friendly staff who were always willing to assist and the dining options that offered a fantastic variety of flavors. The Executive Room was spacious and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation after long days of exploring the city. However, the location could be improved as it is not situated in the best area.

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay in full, which was a shocker, and when I wanted to extend my stay, my access card was deactivated. Even worse, I had to go back and forth with staff over my luggage, feeling like a nuisance for just wanting a smooth experience. It's unfathomable that I was treated with such disregard!
